- 1 sliced pork neck
- 2 strips of ginseng
- 1 cotton string
- 1/2 cup Korean Jinro wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 tbsp sugar
- 1 ginger
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tbsp salt
Methods / instructions
- Use sliced pork to roll up ginseng and tie with cotton string.
- Heat oil and stir fry pork until golden brown.
- Transfer pork rolls and remaining ingredients in an electronic double broiler.
- Double boil pork for 1 3/4 hours until pork is tender.
- Remove string from pork roll and slice before serving.
- Drizzle some sauce from the stew and serve.
