Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 2 peeled and sliced cloves garlic
- 1 sliced hot red chili pepper
- 1 peeled and sliced ginger
- 350 g sea clams
- 270 cc beer
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil and saute garlic, chili pepper and ginger until fragrant.
- Stir in sea clams and pour in beer.
- Bring to boil until clams are cooked.
- Serve hot.
