Fried clams with beer recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 peeled and sliced cloves garlic
  • 1 sliced hot red chili pepper
  • 1 peeled and sliced ginger
  • 350 g sea clams
  • 270 cc beer

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic, chili pepper and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Stir in sea clams and pour in beer.
  3. Bring to boil until clams are cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
