Ingredients /nutrition
- 4 cups water
- 3/4 tbsp ground red pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 180 g sliced daikon radish
- 1 sliced zucchini
- 1 sliced onion
- 1 sliced leek
- 300 g salmon, cut into pieces
- 200 g sliced firm beancurd
- 1 sliced red chili
- 1 scallion, cut into lengths
- 1 bunch chrysanthemum greens
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a heavy saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently for 6 minutes.
- Add zucchini, onion and leak. Cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Add in salmon and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in beancurd and chili.
- Simmer for 2 minutes and add in remaining ingredients.
- Serve hot.
