Deep fried vegetables & mushrooms recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 cup mid gluten flour
  • 30 g yeast
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 sliced Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 sliced Abalone mushroom
  • 50 g Enoki mushrooms, ends removed
  • 40 g sliced leek
  • 40 g sliced green broccoli
  • 40 g sliced cauliflower
  • vegetable oil for deep frying

Methods / instructions

  1. Prepare beer batter by combining the first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat vegetables with batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve immediately.
