- 1 cup mid gluten flour
- 30 g yeast
- 1 cup beer
- 2 sliced Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 sliced Abalone mushroom
- 50 g Enoki mushrooms, ends removed
- 40 g sliced leek
- 40 g sliced green broccoli
- 40 g sliced cauliflower
- vegetable oil for deep frying
Methods / instructions
- Prepare beer batter by combining the first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat vegetables with batter and deep fry until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve immediately.
