- 1 sliced white fish fillet
- 1 cup corn starch
- vegetable oil for deep frying
- 1 tsp Japanese Green Tea Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Methods / instructions
- Coat fish with corn starch.
- Heat vegetable oil and deep fry fish until golden brown. Set aside.
- Mix well green tea powder, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
- Serve fish with seasoning powder.
