Deep fried fish with green tea recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 sliced white fish fillet
  • 1 cup corn starch
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1 tsp Japanese Green Tea Powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Methods / instructions

  1. Coat fish with corn starch.
  2. Heat vegetable oil and deep fry fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Mix well green tea powder, salt and white pepper in a bowl.
  4. Serve fish with seasoning powder.
