Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 3/4 tbsp oil
- 1 grated clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked pork
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- salt or to taste
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, crab and pork.
- Add rice and continue to cook until rice is friend.
- Add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
