Crab & pork fried rice recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 3/4 tbsp oil
  • 1 grated clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked pork
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • salt or to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, crab and pork.
  2. Add rice and continue to cook until rice is friend.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
