Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 280 g thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 380 g sliced kimchi
- 3 1/2 cups beef stock
- 3/4 cup kimchi juice
- 250 g sliced firm tofu
- 3 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 sliced leek
- 2 sliced scallions
- 1 sliced red green chili
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in a heavy saucepan and stir fry beef.
- Stir in onion, garlic, kimchi and stri fry for 3 minutes.
- Add in beef stock and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer gently for 1 minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil, reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
