- 90 g beef fat
- 7 cloves peeled and sliced garlic
- 350 g sliced Sirloin beef
- 1/2 peeled and sliced onion
- 1500 cc kelp broth
- 1 stalk sliced leek
- 1/4 Chinese cabbage, cut into pieces
- 5 Shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water to soften and cut into halves
- 70 g Enoki mushrooms, remove ends
- 40 g dried thin soy bean sheet
- 120 g soy bean sprout
- 120 g sliced spinach
- salt to taste
Methods / instructions
- Preheat stone pot and use beef fat to grease the inner surface of the stone pot.
- Toss and saute garlic, beef slices and onion.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat until boiling.
- Serve immediately.
