Beef hotpot recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 90 g beef fat
  • 7 cloves peeled and sliced garlic
  • 350 g sliced Sirloin beef
  • 1/2 peeled and sliced onion
  • 1500 cc kelp broth
  • 1 stalk sliced leek
  • 1/4 Chinese cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 5 Shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water to soften and cut into halves
  • 70 g Enoki mushrooms, remove ends
  • 40 g dried thin soy bean sheet
  • 120 g soy bean sprout
  • 120 g sliced spinach
  • salt to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Preheat stone pot and use beef fat to grease the inner surface of the stone pot.
  2. Toss and saute garlic, beef slices and onion.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and heat until boiling.
  4. Serve immediately.
