Bean sprouts & fish roe recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 450 g soy bean sprouts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3/4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 80 g salted flying fish roe

Methods / instructions

  1. Boil bean sprout and set aside in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and stir well with salt, vinegar, sugar and sesame oil. Set aside in fridge for an hour.
  3. Top with salted flying fish roe before serving.
