Ingredients /nutrition
- 250 g peeled and diced white sweet potato
- 200 ml water
- 3 tbsp water
- 2 tsp powdered gelatin or kanten powder
Methods / instructions
- Boil potatoes in a lightly salted water until tender.
- Drain and mash until smooth. Set aside.
- Bring water and sugar to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.
- Pour gelatin mixture over potatoes and drop spoonfuls into greased baking tin.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm.
- Ready to serve.
