Sesame chicken loaf recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 450 g minced chicken meat
  • 1 minced leek
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 lightly beaten egg
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix well the first 6 ingredients from the ingredient list in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add chicken mixture.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes and cut chicken mixture into quarters.
  4. Turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
