- 450 g minced chicken meat
- 1 minced leek
- 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 6 ingredients from the ingredient list in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add chicken mixture.
- Cook for 3 minutes and cut chicken mixture into quarters.
- Turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
