- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 220 g boiled octopus tentacle, cut into pieces
- 1 sliced Japanese cucumber
- 20 g shredded old ginger
Methods / instructions
- To prepare dressing, combine well the first 4 ingredients from the ingredient list. Set aside.
- Chill remaining ingredients for 45 minutes and combine with dressing.
- Serve immediately.
