Octopus salad recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 220 g boiled octopus tentacle, cut into pieces
  • 1 sliced Japanese cucumber
  • 20 g shredded old ginger

Methods / instructions

  1. To prepare dressing, combine well the first 4 ingredients from the ingredient list. Set aside.
  2. Chill remaining ingredients for 45 minutes and combine with dressing.
  3. Serve immediately.
