Ingredients /nutrition
- 200 g sliced pork
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp ginger juice
- cornstarch
- oil for deep-frying
Methods / instructions
- Combine well pork, sake, soy sauce and ginger juice.
- Cover with cling film and marinate in refrigerator for an hour.
- Drain pork and coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
