Marinated fried pork recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 200 g sliced pork
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp ginger juice
  • cornstarch
  • oil for deep-frying

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine well pork, sake, soy sauce and ginger juice.
  2. Cover with cling film and marinate in refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Drain pork and coat with cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
