- 4 garfish
- 120 g nameko mushrooms
- 120g shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 4 chives
Methods / instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
- Place fillet on working board and place nemeko and shimeji mushrooms across with its cap facing out.
- Roll fillet tightly and secure with toothpick.
- Sprinkle mirin and sesame seeds over.
- Bake fish in preheated oven for 6 minutes.
- Remove from oven and remove toothpicks.
- Serve with chives and soy sauce.
