Grilled garfish & mushrooms recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 4 garfish
  • 120 g nameko mushrooms
  • 120g shimeji mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp white sesame seeds
  • 4 chives

Methods / instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Place fillet on working board and place nemeko and shimeji mushrooms across with its cap facing out.
  3. Roll fillet tightly and secure with toothpick.
  4. Sprinkle mirin and sesame seeds over.
  5. Bake fish in preheated oven for 6 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and remove toothpicks.
  7. Serve with chives and soy sauce.
