Grilled chicken wings recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 tbsp Japanese sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp sake
  • 10 chicken wings
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 10 bamboo skewers

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix well the first 3 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
  2. On the next day, turn on the grill.
  3. Rub salt and pepper on drained chicken wings.
  4. Thread each chicken wing on skewer and place under heated grill.
  5. Cook until lightly browned and cooked.
  6. Serve immediately.
