- 2 tbsp Japanese sesame oil
- 4 tbsp sake
- 10 chicken wings
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 10 bamboo skewers
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 3 ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- On the next day, turn on the grill.
- Rub salt and pepper on drained chicken wings.
- Thread each chicken wing on skewer and place under heated grill.
- Cook until lightly browned and cooked.
- Serve immediately.
