- 300 g sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
Methods / instructions
- Bring sweet potatoes to boil in a saucepan filled with water.
- Remove and drain when potatoes are tendered.
- Peel potatoes and cut into chunks.
- Heat oil and deep fry until potatoes change color.
- Add in remaining ingredients and cook until sauce caramelized.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
