Crispy fried chicken recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 tsp ginger juice
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sake
  • 550 g chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • oil for deep-frying

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix well the first 4 ingredients from the ingredient list in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add in chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain chicken and coat with cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
  5. Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
