- 2 tsp ginger juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sake
- 550 g chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 100 g cornstarch
- oil for deep-frying
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 4 ingredients from the ingredient list in a mixing bowl.
- Add in chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Drain chicken and coat with cornstarch.
- Heat oil and deep fry until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
