- some oil
- 35 g salmon
- 1 bowl of white rice
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 25 g dried kelp strips
- 25 g seaweed
- 1 pinch chicken seasoning powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 8 g caviar
- 8 g green seaweed powder
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil and fry salmon until done.
- Add in rice. Stir fry and add in eggs. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients, give a quick stir fry and top with caviar and seaweed powder.
- Serve hot.
