Caviar & seaweed fried rice recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • some oil
  • 35 g salmon
  • 1 bowl of white rice
  • 2 lightly beaten eggs
  • 25 g dried kelp strips
  • 25 g seaweed
  • 1 pinch chicken seasoning powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 8 g caviar
  • 8 g green seaweed powder

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry salmon until done.
  2. Add in rice. Stir fry and add in eggs. Mix well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, give a quick stir fry and top with caviar and seaweed powder.
  4. Serve hot.
