- 1 mashed avocado
- 1cup crab meat
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
Methods / instructions
- Combine the first 4 ingredients.
- Place nori sheet on bamboo mat and spread sushi rice on top of nori sheet.
- Place avocado mixture lengthwise on rice.
- Roll up bamboo and press forward to shape into a cylinder.
- Press bamboo mat firmly and remove from sushi.
- Slice rolled sushi into pieces and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
