Ingredients /nutrition
- 450 g cleaned clams, soaked in cold water for 6 minutes
- 3 1/2 tsp sake
- 3 1/2 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 thinly sliced spring onion (scallion)
Methods / instructions
- Drain clams and pat dry.
- Heat work and cook clams in sake, mirin and vinegar.
- Cover and cook over high heat until clams open.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Serve immediately.
