Baked fish & vegetables recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 1/4 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 700 g white fish fillet, cut into 4 pcs
  • 4 pcs aluminum foil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 thinly sliced carrot
  • 1 thinly sliced onion
  • 1 sliced bell pepper
  • 1/2 sliced lemon

Methods / instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
  2. Mix well the first 4ingredients in a baking dish and coat fish in it. Set aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and reserve the marinade.
  4. Place 1 fish fillet on aluminum foil and brush with oil, top with carrot, onion bell pepper and marinade.
  5. Seal foil to form a pocket.
  6. Repeat for the remaining fish fillets.
  7. Bake in oven for 20 minutes until fish is cooked.
  8. Serve with lemon slices.
