Assorted fish sushi recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 20 g thinly sliced tuna
  • 20 g thinly sliced salmon
  • 20 g thinly sliced marlin fillet
  • wasabi to taste
  • 280 g sushi rice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp wasabi

Methods / instructions

  1. Take a slice of fish, brush with wasabi and place on a block of sushi rice.
  2. Press gently and shape nicely.
  3. Repeat steps until all the ingredients used up.
  4. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
