- 20 g thinly sliced tuna
- 20 g thinly sliced salmon
- 20 g thinly sliced marlin fillet
- wasabi to taste
- 280 g sushi rice
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp wasabi
Methods / instructions
- Take a slice of fish, brush with wasabi and place on a block of sushi rice.
- Press gently and shape nicely.
- Repeat steps until all the ingredients used up.
- Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
