- 350 g thinly sliced cucumber
- 200 g thinly sliced carrots
- 450 g boiled and thinly sliced potatoes
- 5 thinly sliced hard boiled eggs without yolk
- lettuce
- fried melinjo nut crackers
- 100 g boiled and mashed potatoes
- 5 mashed boiled egg yolks
- 1 tbsp ground fried shallots
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- salt and sugar to taste
