Vegetable salad in potato sauce recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 350 g thinly sliced cucumber
  • 200 g thinly sliced carrots
  • 450 g boiled and thinly sliced potatoes
  • 5 thinly sliced hard boiled eggs without yolk
  • lettuce
  • fried melinjo nut crackers
  •  100 g boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 5 mashed boiled egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp ground fried shallots
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • salt and sugar to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve immediately.
