Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp tamarind juice
- 2 1/2 butter
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 crushed red chilies
Methods / instructions
- Boiled chicken for 10 minutes. Set aside.
- In a heavy saucepan, add remaining ingredients and butter melted.
- Remove from heat and marinate chicken with the sauce for 20 minutes.
- Barbecue chicken using charcoal fire, basting with sauce frequently.
- Serve hot.
