Spicy pork recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 500 g boneless pork, cut into strips
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely sliced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 sliced red chili
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp tamarind juice

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix well the first 6 ingredients from the list in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat up oil and saute pork strips for 3 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered until meat is cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
