Ingredients /nutrition
- 500 g boneless pork, cut into strips
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 finely sliced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sliced red chili
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp tamarind juice
Methods / instructions
- Mix well the first 6 ingredients from the list in a large mixing bowl.
- Heat up oil and saute pork strips for 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered until meat is cooked.
- Serve hot.
