Ingredients /nutrition
- 200 g mashed sardines
- 350 g cooked and mashed potatoes
- 1 stalk chopped spring onion
- 1 stalk chopped Chinese celery
- 3 sliced green chilies
- 80 g sliced shallots
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- salt and pepper
- 2 lightly beaten egg whites
- vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except egg whites and vegetable oil.
- Mould fish patties and brush with egg whites.
- Heat up oil and deep fry fish patties until golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve hot.
