Ingredients /nutrition
- 450 g thinly sliced beef
- 3 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 7 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 thinly sliced shallots
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 14 grounded red chilies
- 1 tsp salt
Methods / instructions
- Rub beef with 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Bake beef in an oven with low heat until nearly crisp.
- Heat up oil and fry beef until cooked. Set aside.
- Saute shallots, lime leaves and chillies.
- Add remaining lime juice, salt and toss in beef.
- Stir briefly and serve immediately.
