Potatoes with Indonesia green peas recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • vegetable oil
  • 1 diced onion
  • 120 g shrimps
  • 250 g diced potatoes
  • 100 g Indonesian green peas (petai)
  • 2 sliced red chilies
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 3 tsp sweet dark sauce

Methods / instructions

  1. Heat up oil in a pan and stir fry shrimps until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Heat up more oil and sweat onion until translucent.
  3. Add in potatoes, Indonesian green peas, tomatoes and chilies.
  4. Return shrimp into pan and adjust seasoning with sweet dark sauce.
  5. Serve hot with boiled white rice.
