- vegetable oil
- 1 diced onion
- 120 g shrimps
- 250 g diced potatoes
- 100 g Indonesian green peas (petai)
- 2 sliced red chilies
- 1 diced tomato
- 3 tsp sweet dark sauce
Methods / instructions
- Heat up oil in a pan and stir fry shrimps until cooked. Set aside.
- Heat up more oil and sweat onion until translucent.
- Add in potatoes, Indonesian green peas, tomatoes and chilies.
- Return shrimp into pan and adjust seasoning with sweet dark sauce.
- Serve hot with boiled white rice.
