Lime & basil shrimps recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 550 g shrimps
  • 5 tbsp lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 60 g sliced shallots
  • 3 sliced bird's eye chilies (cili padi)
  • 8 g chopped lemon basil leaves

Methods / instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, lime juice and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare dressing my combining the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix dressing with prawns just before serving.
