- 550 g shrimps
- 5 tbsp lime juice
- salt to taste
- 60 g sliced shallots
- 3 sliced bird's eye chilies (cili padi)
- 8 g chopped lemon basil leaves
Methods / instructions
- Combine shrimp, lime juice and salt in a bowl.
- Cover with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare dressing my combining the remaining ingredients.
- Mix dressing with prawns just before serving.
