Ingredients /nutrition
- 6 dried chilies, soaked in hot water for 20 minutes and drained
- 15 g fresh turmeric
- 15 g ginger
- 15 g galangal
- 4 garlic cloves
- 150 g shallots
- 9 red chilies
- vegetable oil
- 1 stalk flatten lemon grass
- 1 kg crabs meat
- 250 ml water
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Methods / instructions
- Grind the first 7 ingredients from the list using food processor or blender until form a smooth paste.
- Heat up oil and saute paste until aromatic.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
