Carrot & cucumber salad recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 thinly sliced carrot
  • 2 thinly sliced cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
  • 75 ml rice vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Methods / instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Transfer into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to a week.
