Borneo style squid recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 lb squids, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil

Methods / instructions

  1. Rub squid with tamarind juice, soy sauce and salt.
  2. Heat up oil and saute until squid is cooked.
  3. Serve immediately.
