Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 lb squids, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp tamarind juice
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
Methods / instructions
- Rub squid with tamarind juice, soy sauce and salt.
- Heat up oil and saute until squid is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
