Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 black pomfret fish
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- vegetable oil
- 4 slices ginger
- 1/2 tbsp cracked black pepper
- 1 sliced green chili
- 1 sliced red chili
- 1 sliced onion
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
Methods / instructions
- Marinate fish with salt and ground black pepper and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat up oil in a pan and pan fry ginger.
- Add in fish and fry under low heat until fish is cooked.
- Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- In the same pan, add in some oil and saute cracked black pepper until fragrant.
- Return fish to pan and give a quick stir.
- Transfer to a serving plate and add remaining ingredients on top.
- Serve immediately.
