Ingredients /nutrition
- 200 g fried and grounded peanuts
- 2 grounded red chilies
- 9 grounded bird's eye chilies (cili padi)
- 150 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 bean curd, cut into halves and fried
- 1 fermented soybean, cut into 3 pieces and fried
- 2 sliced cucumbers
- 150 g bean sprouts
- 3 tbsp fried shallots
- 5 sprigs Chinese chives, sliced
- 4 tbsp sweet soy sauce

Methods / instructions
- Combine peanuts, red chilies, bird’s eye chilies, water and salt in a bowl. Set aside for 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, arrange bean curd, soybean, cucumbers and bean sprout on a serving plate.
- Pour peanut sauce over and top with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
