Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chick pea flour
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 3/4 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander or parsley
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1 tsp green chili ginger paste
- oil for frying
- salt to taste
Methods / instructions
- Combine all ingredients and add water to make batter. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Pour batter on non stick pan batch by batch and cook pancake until golden brown.
- Serve hot with honey or chutney.
