- 7 peeled shallots
- 6 peeled garlic cloves
- 1 ginger
- 7 tbsp yoghurt
- 4 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 8 king prawns
- 4 tbsp ghee
Methods / instructions
- Blend the first 9 ingredients from the ingredient list to form a smooth paste.
- Marinate prawns with the paste and set aside for 10 hours.
- Grill prawn for 7-8 minutes on 1 side.
- Grease with ghee and turn over.
- Grill for a further 3-4 minutes on the other side.
- Serve hot.
