Tandoori lamb cutlets recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 8 lamb cutlets

Methods / instructions

  1. To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except lamb.
  2. Rub marinade into lamb and set aside overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Broil or barbecue beef for 9 minutes and baste regularly with oil and marinade.
  4. Serve hot.
