Ingredients /nutrition
- 4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 8 lamb cutlets
Methods / instructions
- To prepare marinade, combine all ingredients except lamb.
- Rub marinade into lamb and set aside overnight in the refrigerator.
- Broil or barbecue beef for 9 minutes and baste regularly with oil and marinade.
- Serve hot.
