Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 beef spare ribs
- 1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil
Methods / instructions
- To prepare marinade, mix well the first 9 ingredients.
- Coat beef with marinate and set aside overnight in a refrigerator.
- Broil or barbecue beef for 9 minutes and baste regularly with oil and marinade.
- Serve hot.
