Tandoori beef ribs recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 tsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 beef spare ribs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut oil

Methods / instructions

  1. To prepare marinade, mix well the first 9 ingredients.
  2. Coat beef with marinate and set aside overnight in a refrigerator.
  3. Broil or barbecue beef for 9 minutes and baste regularly with oil and marinade.
  4. Serve hot.
