Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 cups water
- 550 g cleaned mussels
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 finely chopped red chili
- 2 finely chopped green onions
- 50 g white breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
Methods / instructions
- Bring water to boil and add in mussels, cover and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.
- Remove meat from opened shells and reserve shells.
- Dice finely and mix with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon mixture back into shells and serve.
