Spiced mussels recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 2 cups water
  • 550 g cleaned mussels
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 finely chopped red chili
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 50 g white breadcrumbs
  • salt to taste

Methods / instructions

  1. Bring water to boil and add in mussels, cover and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.
  2. Remove meat from opened shells and reserve shells.
  3. Dice finely and mix with remaining ingredients.
  4. Spoon mixture back into shells and serve.
