Ingredients /nutrition
- 250 g skinned yellow pumpkin, cut into cubes
- 2 skinned potatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 diced onions
- 450 ml chicken stock
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Methods / instructions
- Combine pumpkin, potatoes and onions with chicken stock and cook over low heat until vegetables are soft.
- Remove from heat and pour vegetable mixture in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Pour back mixture into pot and reheat for few minutes,
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with garlic bread.
