Grilled masala fish recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 800g monkfish / salmon / tuna fillets
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • salt
  • 45 g chopped green chilies
  • 45 g chopped shallots
  • 40 g chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  •  

Methods / instructions

  1. Season fish with lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender to form a smooth paste.
  3. Coat fish with paste and grill on both sides for a total of 6-7 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
