- 800g monkfish / salmon / tuna fillets
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt
- 45 g chopped green chilies
- 45 g chopped shallots
- 40 g chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric

Methods / instructions
- Season fish with lemon juice and salt. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender to form a smooth paste.
- Coat fish with paste and grill on both sides for a total of 6-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
