Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 3 finely chopped shallots
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 sliced green chili
- 1 sliced red chili
- 100 g prawns
- 70 g finely sliced carrot
- 70 g shredded purple cabbage
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 tsp chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
- 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp thick soy sauce
- 200 g cooked rice
- 1 lightly beaten eggs
- 60 g green peas
Methods / instructions
- Heat oil in wok and saute garlic, shallots, curry leaves, green and red chilis.
- Stir for 1 minute and add in prawns, carrot and cabbage.
- Add in chili paste, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, light and thick soy sauce.
- Stir well and add remaining ingredients.
- Stir briefly and serve hot.
