Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 kg leg of lamb, cut into bite size pieces
- 100 g yogurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 5 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 150 g sliced onions
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 300 ml water
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Methods / instructions
- Marinate lamb with yogurt, salt and turmeric. Set aside for an hour.
- Heat up oil and saute onions until transparent.
- Add in marinated lamb with its mixture and brown the lamb.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer gently for an hour.
- Serve hot.
