Ingredients /nutrition
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 sliced red chilies
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek seed
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1 kg cuttlefish, cut into bite size pieces
Methods / instructions
- Heat up oil and saute onion, garlic, chilies, cumin, coriander, fenugreek seed and chili powder for 5 minutes.
- Pour in stock and bring to boil.
- Add in cuttlefish, uncovered and simmer gently for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled rice or noodles.
