Ingredients /nutrition
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tsp chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Methods / instructions
- Blend the first 5 ingredients to form a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
- Heat oil and saute mushrooms for 1 minute.
- Stir in blended paste and mix well.
- Serve hot and top with a few drops of lemon juice on each mushroom.
