Crispy mushrooms recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilies
  • 2 tbsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Methods / instructions

  1. Blend the first 5 ingredients to form a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
  2. Heat oil and saute mushrooms for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in blended paste and mix well.
  4. Serve hot and top with a few drops of lemon juice on each mushroom.
