- 4 sea bass fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 finely sliced onions
- 5 sliced green chilies
- 4 finely sliced garlic cloves
- 18 curry leaves
- 400 ml coconut milk
Methods / instructions
- Rub fish with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon turmeric.
- Heat coconut oil in a large heavy pan and stir fry onions, chilies and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Add in fish, curry leaves, remaining salt and turmeric and coconut milk.
- Simmer gently for 4 minutes or until fish cooked.
- Serve hot.
