Beef kebabs recipe

Ingredients /nutrition

  • 250 g beefsteak, cut into cubes
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • vegetable oil

Methods / instructions

  1. Marinate beef with all the ingredients except vegetable oil.
  2. Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Thread marinated beef cubes onto skewers and broil under hot flame.
  4. Baste regularly with oil and juices.
  5. Cook until beef is done to your preferences.
  6. Serve immediately.
