- 250 g beefsteak, cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- vegetable oil
Methods / instructions
- Marinate beef with all the ingredients except vegetable oil.
- Cover with cling film and chill in refrigerator overnight.
- Thread marinated beef cubes onto skewers and broil under hot flame.
- Baste regularly with oil and juices.
- Cook until beef is done to your preferences.
- Serve immediately.
