Ingredients /nutrition
- 50 g blanched almonds
- 180 ml boiling water
- 1 roughly chopped green chilies
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 roughly chopped root ginger
- 20 g roughly chopped coriander leaves
- 11 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Methods / instructions
- Soak almond in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients into the soaked almond with water.
- Transfer to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Chill in a refrigerator for at least an hour prior serving.
