Ingredients (nutrition)
- 4 chicken wings
- 2 strips cooked ham, cut into pieces
- 2 prawns, cut into pieces
- 2 trips carrot
salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp self raising flour
- peanut oil for deep frying
- 5 tbsp chicken stock
- 3 drops soy sauce
- 3 drops ginger sherry
- 1/2 tsp corn flour
- 1 tsp water
Preparation (instructions)
- Remove bones from the chicken wing and stuff with ham, prawn and carrot.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Dip stuffed chicken wing with egg, then flour and deep fry in hot oil for 1 1/4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain on kitchen paper towel. Set aside.
- To make the sauce, add remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Bring to boil and drizzle sauce over prepared stuffed chicken wings.
- Serve immediately.
