Ingredients (nutrition)
- 2 1/2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 peeled and chopped root ginger
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 thinly sliced carrots
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 cauliflower, broken into small pieces
- 45 g bean sprouts
- 160 ml chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp brown sugar
Preparation (instructions)
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Stir fry garlic, ginger for a minute and season with salt and pepper.
- Add carrots and stir fry for a minute.
- Stir in green pepper and cauliflower. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes.
- Add in bean sprout and stir fry for a minute.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 4 1/2 minutes.
- Serve warm.
